So recently, I've gotten into needle felting (a demographic which consists almost entirely of wrinkly cat ladies and young asian girls). I don't know how I stumbled upon this activity, but there's something extremely calming about stabbing a helpless lump of wool hundreds of times. Perhaps if more people stabbed wool instead of people to relieve anger and stress there would be less murders. Just saying..
